Hey Reader,
Ok, it's getting hot. No fell walks today, I did manage down by the river after dropping the kids at school...but that's resulted in me having to have a shower by 10am. Now I'm having a coffee despite knowing full well it heats me up like an oven... so it probably won't be long until shower #2. Hope you're keeping cool where you are.
We are in full Wild Rose season right now, so a lot of this week's content on YouTube/Substack is about the medicine this plant can bring. I've also written a piece on the tension that arises when you're starting a new chapter of your life, but someone you care about is going through their own Descent. Do you go down with them to help, or stay and support with boundaries and from a distance? That's what we're exploring in this weeks' post.
Which plant ally is walking with you right now?
If you're in the in-between and not quite sure what you need, there's a quick way to find out. I've put together a short quiz that helps you discover which plant ally is calling to you at this point in your transition:

Follow the Path
The Orientation
If you're in the thick of a life transition and could do with seeing the shape of the path beneath your feet, my free workshop - Finding Your Footing Through a Life Transition - is a good place to start. You can find out more and access it here.
The Witnessing
If you need something more personal — write to me. Hit reply and tell me a little about where you are: what's ended, what you're carrying, what's pulling at you. I'll write back, and if it feels right I'll suggest a plant ally or two that belong with where you are right now. I read every reply and I'm always glad to hear from you. Or if you'd rather talk book a tea & chat and we can explore it together over Zoom.
