Wild Rose Path

It has a name now (sort of)

Hey Reader,

I've not been able to write much on here the last couple of weeks, school holidays, and at this point of the year I'm always pretty much running on empty. Full of ideas I want to get on with, but not much time or space to myself to actually do anything about them.

There've been refuelling moments though. Walked up to the summit of both Crook and Arant Haw. Got properly lost in thought down by the river at one point and just... stayed there a while.

And in between all that I've been sitting with something. That sentence I mentioned a couple of weeks ago, the one some of you wrote back to me about, it's starting to take some kind of shape.

I'm calling it Crossing the Threshold for now, names change, they always do with me. It's for the woman who's already left an old version of herself behind, whether she chose that or it just happened to her, and who's standing in the bit nobody warns you about. Not quite who she was. Not yet who she's becoming.

Still forming. I'll tell you more as it does.

Until next week,
Sarah

The Orientation

If you're in the thick of a life transition and could do with seeing the shape of the path beneath your feet, my free workshop - Finding Your Footing Through a Life Transition - is a good place to start. You can find out more and access it here.

The Witnessing

If you need something more personal — write to me. Hit reply and tell me a little about where you are: what's ended, what you're carrying, what's pulling at you. I'll write back, and if it feels right I'll suggest a plant ally or two that belong with where you are right now. I read every reply and I'm always glad to hear from you. Or if you'd rather talk book a tea & chat and we can explore it together over Zoom.

Wild Rose Path

For the ones who can see the life they want but can't yet find the path to it. For the woman who suspects the way back to herself might be through something older and slower and closer to the earth than anything she's tried so far. Each week I write about life transitions, plant wisdom, and seasonal rhythm... real letters, not polished advice. When you join, you'll get The Stile - a short guide and audio introducing three plant allies for the crossing you're in right now.
